Joanne brings an outside perspective to business executives, facilitating a safe and trusting space to build their leadership effectiveness and capability . She started working as an Executive Coach and facilitator over two decades ago when the industry was in its infancy in Australia. She brings a depth and breadth of experience working with many ASX listed top 20 companies and emerging leaders both here and in Singapore.
In the decade prior to her transition into corporate consulting she worked as a clinical social worker and psychotherapist developing her capacity and understanding of what drives human thinking, feeling and behavior. Her training, knowledge and experience grounded in psychology and sociology has enabled her to assist individuals, teams and organisations to find solutions to their leadership and workplace issues. She knows the value of the relationship between individual achievement, personal, professional growth and organizational success and that individual transformation within the context of complex systems is the key to reaching higher and more sustainable levels of performance . She offers her clients the possibility of working through opportunities and challenges tapping into their strengths, building capability to enable them to undertake more complexity in their current job roles.
Joanne has had direct experience working in team leadership roles and understands the nature of business and how to manage the competing factors required for high levels of performance and success. Her experience includes managing key client relationships and being part of the pitch team, successful in designing and delivering a long-term culture change program. As a result of this work Joanne has now established an ongoing relationship with a significant Australian and overseas based telecommunications company.
